Founder/Executive Director
Kentoria Roberson-White, DNP(c), MBA(c), FNP-C, is a transformative healthcare leader, a relentless advocate for reproductive justice, and a trusted women's health consultant, driving change through Phoenix Health Alliance (PHA). Currently refining her strategic leadership and policy acumen with a Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner in Executive Leadership and an MBA at Johns Hopkins University, she is poised to revolutionize healthcare delivery in Dallas County. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she leverages her extensive clinical expertise, honed at Texas Tech and the University of Texas at Houston, to dismantle systemic barriers to equitable care. Her leadership extends beyond clinical practice; she is a powerful voice advocating for policy changes that ensure access to comprehensive reproductive health services for marginalized communities. As a women's health consultant, she provides expert guidance and strategic insights, fostering a culture of empowerment at PHA, where informed choices are not only respected but actively championed, and where patients are partners in driving systemic change.

Marquesse Banks, MPA
Marquesse Banks is the Community Engagement Manager at Prism Health North Texas, focusing on initiatives to serve and inspire marginalized communities. Originally from Port Arthur, Texas, Marquesse has lived in the DFW area since 2014. He earned his bachelor’s in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Master’s in Public Health from Lamar University, and he is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). His previous career experience ranges from outreach testing and program planning to social justice and civic engagement. In his spare time, he is active within his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., is a proud “Plant Dad,” and likes to try new restaurants with friends.

Karmen Ransom, MS
ItAs a Desoto native, Karmen Ransom is deeply connected to the community and brings a wealth of experience and passion for youth development to Phoenix Health Alliance (PHA). Her dedication to educating young minds for over 8 years aligns perfectly with PHA's mission to empower teens with comprehensive sexual health education, making her an invaluable addition to the team.
Karmen holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas, laying the foundation for her educational journey. Further solidifying her expertise, she earned a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University. This combination of educational background equips Karmen with not only strong teaching skills but also the ability to develop and implement effective programs tailored to meet the specific needs of PHA's teen audience.
Karmen's dedication extends beyond academics. She holds a State of Texas teaching certificate, ensuring she meets the necessary qualifications to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Her expertise encompasses data analysis, goal setting, objective creation, scheduling, and meticulous planning – all crucial aspects of ensuring impactful learning environments.
